Do you draw the birds?

Yes. All bird artwork is originally illustrated by Artifauna.

I love bird watching, being in nature and taking photos of birds. Some of my bird drawings are birds I saw while we travelled around Australia and others are from our own backyard or neighbourhood. I enjoy sitting down and having some drawing time. My medium is fine marker pens on paper, which is then digitally prepared for print-on-demand production.

 

How should I care for my t-shirt?

To ensure the best longevity of your print, we recommend:

  • Cold, gentle machine wash
  • Wash inside-out with similar colours
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Air dry in the shade
  • Do not iron directly on the print (iron inside-out if needed)
  • With proper care, your garment print is designed to last a long time.

 

What printing process and inks are used?

Our products are produced by our fulfilment partner The Print Bar (Australia) using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology, including Kornit Atlas systems and water-based NeoPigment™ inks.

These inks are designed to produce vibrant, soft-touch prints and are water-based and formulated to meet modern environmental and safety standards.

 

Are your products sustainably packaged?

Yes. Products are shipped using eco-conscious packaging where possible, including recyclable mailers, cardboard packaging, and protective inner materials designed to reduce damage during transit.

 

How long does production and delivery take?

All products are made-to-order and require production time before shipping.

Production time: up to approximately 14 business days

Shipping time: varies depending on your location and selected shipping method

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because orders are automatically sent into production with our fulfilment partner The Print Bar, they may not be able to be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Can I return an item?

We only accept returns or replacements for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size, colour, or design selection
  • incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
  • This applies because all items are made-to-order.

What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by Australia Post or another carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

Who makes and ships my order?

All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner:

The Print Bar (Australia)

They handle production, printing, packaging, and dispatch on behalf of Artifauna.

 

Do you guarantee colours will look exactly the same?

Due to differences in screens, lighting, and printing processes, slight variations in colour may occur. These variations are normal in print-on-demand production and are not considered faults.
