Refunds & Returns Policy

Artifauna products are made-to-order and produced individually via our fulfilment partner, The Print Bar (Australia).

Because each item is custom made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Order changes, cancellations & fees

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders are automatically processed into production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun.

If a cancellation is possible after processing has started, a cancellation or restocking fee of $35.00 + GST per order may apply. This fee covers production setup costs, handling, and fulfilment processing already incurred through our production system.

We will always confirm any applicable fees with you before proceeding with a cancellation.

 

Change of mind

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including:

  • incorrect size, colour, or design selection
  • incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
  • general preference after receiving the item
  • wear and tear after delivery

This applies because all items are made-to-order and produced specifically for each order.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair) where goods are:

  • faulty
  • damaged
  • incorrectly produced
  • not as described

Production variations

Minor variations are normal in print-on-demand production, including:

  • ±1.5cm size variation
  • ±2cm print placement variation

These are not considered faults.

 

Return timeframe

Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • order number
  • issue description
  • clear photos or video evidence

We may liaise with our fulfilment partner, The Print Bar, to assess the issue.

In some cases, items may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided.

Consumer law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
