Artifauna produces products which have many individual options, such as which size, colour, bird species you choose to print, therefore all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that Artifauna will not be held responsible and will not offer returns and exchanges if customers ordered the wrong size, colour or simply changed their mind. Once an order has been placed online, its immediately added to our production queue, therefore we can’t edit or cancel it once the order has been placed. If an order is being ‘returned to sender’ or ‘lost in transit’ and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
Artifauna work hard to provide our customers with consistent, quality prints. There is a tolerance of 12.7mm for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
If there is a manufacturing error or a damaged product, Artifauna offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. You will need to provide a clear photo showing the issue, and if there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.

- Date of purchase
- Your order number
- What you would like to return
- The reason you would like to return
- A photo highlighting the damage /fault
