Our products are shipped in eco-friendly packaging
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your order and location. Shipping is offered within Australia and to many countries around the world. Express shipping is offered for some items. Please note that adding Express shipping to your order does not affect the production time for your order.
Standard production times apply. Artifauna produces products which have many individual options, such as which size, colour, bird species you choose to print, therefore all products are unique and produced only once ordered so this makes things take a bit longer to get them just right! Average production times for our products vary between 1 to 2.2 days production time.
Once your order has completed production, an email will be sent to you with your shipping /tracking number. Items are posted within Australia with Australia Post. Please note that once your package is in the hands of Australia Post, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery process. In the rare case of an unsuccessful delivery, your tracking number will be investigated.
Some of our products are printed at different warehouses, specialising in a certain product, so shipping costs can suddenly jump up when additional products are added to the order.
For international deliveries, it’s advisable to check with your country’s local customs office to determine if there are any additional import duties or taxes applicable to your package.
Tshirts: We use printers closest to where you are, so timing will most likely be quicker, but allow up to 2 weeks for delivery and postage is calculated at checkout. Postage estimates in Australia is from $9.84 for the first item and from $2.14 for additional items. Each order is shipped in a recyclable, kraft paper mailer.
Waterbottles: Sent by standard shipping in Australia is between 10-30 business days and postage is calculated at checkout. Postage estimates are from $14.45 for first item and from $6.45 per additional item. Waterbottles are shipped in a cardboard box with a soft inner bag providing extra cushioning and protection.
Coasters: Sent by Standard shipping within Australia is from $9.84 for the first item. The products are shipped in self-sealing cardboard envelopes. The products are well protected from the stiff cardboard.
